Senior Lawn Technician opportunity

We are looking for an experienced full time Senior Lawn Technician, to join our friendly team to help make our customer’s lawns look lush and green. We focus on high quality in all that we do, using the best organic based fertilsers, machinery and outstanding customer service. You will be rewarded with above average industry pay, a great bonus scheme, generous holiday allowance, use of a van for commuting and work, and ongoing development opportunities.

What’s involved:

You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to your designated customers, typically visiting 10-15 properties per day, to expertly apply fertiliser, weed and moss treatments, through to aeration, scarification, overseeding and top-dressing services. You’ll provide customers with a lawn condition update on each visit, whether during new customer lawn surveys or ongoing visits.

What we need from you:

• Proven turf care industry experience, including fertiliser and selective herbicide application with sprayers and pedestrian spreaders, plus use of scarifiers, aerators and other lawn care machinery
• PA1/PA6 Certification
• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
• A full UK driving licence
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with good verbal and written communication
• High standards of care and attention to detail
• The ability to confidently identify lawn conditions or problems and provide solutions
• A trustworthy and friendly approach in line with our company values
• To live within a 30-minute drive of Horley, Surrey in rush hour traffic
